The ECAMS operates aviation-focused social media channels and uses a private, self-hosted publishing system to prepare, schedule and publish content to accounts we control.

Information we access

When an authorized Instagram business account is connected, our publishing application may access basic account information and the permissions the account owner chooses to grant, including the ability to publish content, manage comments and review account insights.

How we use information

We use this access only to create, schedule, publish and manage The ECAMS content, review publishing results and maintain the operation of our own social media accounts. We do not sell personal information or use connected-account information for advertising profiles.

Storage and service providers

Publishing records and authorization credentials are stored in our self-hosted systems and are accessible only to authorized operators. Limited technical processing may be performed by service providers required to operate the application, including Meta, Cloudflare and our self-hosted Postiz installation.

Retention

We retain publishing records and connected-account information only for as long as required to operate the service, maintain publishing history, prevent duplicate posts and meet security or legal obligations.

Your choices

An Instagram account owner may review or remove the application at any time through Instagram's Apps and Websites settings. Removal stops future access. Instructions for requesting deletion are available on our data deletion page.
